Saasaki Technology provides software development, digital marketing, product design, strategy consulting, and ERP implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Saasaki Technology, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will receive ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience acquired during the project.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saasaki Technology and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
